Person for Product Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and NABL Expert will lead the organizations efforts in ensuring that all chemical formulations (adhesives, inks, and coatings) meet global safety standards while managing the technical operations of a NABL-accredited analytical laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance & Product Safety Global Chemical Compliance: Ensure all products comply with REACH (EU/UK/India), RoHS, TSCA, and PFAS regulations.

Hazard Communication: Oversee the authoring and annual review of GHS-compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and technical labelling for hazardous mixtures.

Risk Mitigation: Conduct material compliance risk assessments and develop remediation strategies for banned or restricted substances.

Required Qualifications Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Polymer Science or B. Tech/M. Tech polymer Technology/PhD

1215+ years in an industrial chemical laboratory.

Proven experience as a NABL Authorized Signatory in a chemical testing field.

Certification: Must have successfully completed the 4-day training on ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of polymer chemistry, solvent evaporation rates, and heavy metal leaching in coatings.
