Key Responsibilities
1. Independently develop and finalize BOQs, layouts, and drawings for each identified projects in coordination with the Architect & take ownership of adjustments required as per site and program needs.
2. Ensure timely approval of drawings and BOQ to enable on- schedule mobilization and coordination of Infra-partners and vendors.
3)Independently identify, evaluate, and onboard civil / interior vendors matching program requirements,
1. Travel extensively (more than 2 weeks a month) across India to oversee center builds.
2. Apply sound project management practices planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and monitoring to ensure timely, quality delivery of each center.
