Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliations, and GST-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle or other ERP systems , and valuable proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Book purchase invoices and expense invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper tracking of all invoices and ensure timely submission for payment processing.
- Perform periodic vendor account reconciliation with the company’s books of accounts.
- Verify vendor payments and process payments in the ERP system on a daily basis with proper invoice knock-off.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B data with accounting/ERP system data on a monthly basis and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide accurate and timely data/support for monthly GSTR-3B return filing .
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of AP records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation-related queries.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable GST requirements.
- Prepare and maintain AP-related reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable / Vendor Accounting .
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and GST .
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is essential.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors .

Experience : 3 - 5 Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Shift : Day Shift (Onsite)
