We are looking for a confident, presentable, and highly qualified Counsellor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of effectively understanding client requirements and converting enquiries into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel and guide prospective clients based on their requirements.

- Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.

- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.

- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.

- Handle objections and resolve client queries professionally.

- Achieve individual and team counselling/conversion targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.





- Maintain a professional and positive experience throughout the counselling process.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in counselling, sales, client servicing, education counselling, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.

- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

- Strong ability to build rapport and influence prospective clients.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

- Comfortable working 6 days a week.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
