Sr. Consultant

Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end consulting engagements for global clients by analyzing business challenges and developing practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

- Evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment to understand client requirements and translate them into practical and scalable solution approaches.

- Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, estimating effort, tracking activities, and ensuring timely delivery of consulting outcomes.

- Perform data-driven analysis using appropriate tools and methodologies to identify trends, measure business impact, and provide actionable insights.

- Prepare client deliverables, including reports, presentations, analysis, and recommendations, ensuring information is presented clearly and effectively.

- Support stakeholder management through regular communication, requirement clarification, progress tracking, and timely escalation of issues.

- Assist execution teams during solution implementation by providing guidance, resolving issues, and validating outcomes against defined objectives.

- Collaborate with senior consultants and team members to share knowledge, review analysis, and contribute to overall team effectiveness.

- Ensure consulting activities follow organizational policies, quality standards, governance requirements,



and industry best practices.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and identifying opportunities to enhance consulting processes and methodologies.

- Participate in client review meetings during day-shift operations to provide updates, validate requirements, and support solution refinement.

- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, research, client presentations, and identification of potential follow-on opportunities.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or a relevant industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements and develop actionable recommendations.

- Good proficiency in productivity, collaboration, documentation, and data analysis tools.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment while managing priorities and meeting deadlines.

- Basic understanding of project management, business analysis, and process improvement methodologies.

- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing client requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
