Job Requirements

- Must have robust experience in industrial civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of client billing, contractor billing, RA bills, and final billing.
- Experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation.
- Ability to prepare and verify measurements, Measurement Books (MB), and bills as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of rate analysis, extra item claims, deviation statements, and reconciliation of construction materials.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams for billing and payment certification.
- Ability to maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely submission of bills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
