Branch Manager

Job Location: Karnal, Haryana

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations, team management, customer experience, and business performance of our Karnal branch.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, customer handling, and operational management skills, with the ability to lead a team, achieve business targets, and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations and functioning of the branch.
- Take complete responsibility for branch sales, revenue, performance, and business growth.
- Lead, manage, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and overall targets.
- Conduct face-to-face counseling with clients and support the team in converting inquiries into sales.
- Handle and monitor hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversions.
- Set sales targets for the team and regularly monitor performance against targets.
- Conduct daily team briefings, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
- Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Monitor the complete sales and customer conversion process at the branch.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding branch requirements, staffing, targets, and operational matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, productivity, and professional standards within the branch.




- Identify opportunities for improving branch performance, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the branch and other departments.
- Take ownership of achieving assigned branch targets and overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in branch management, sales, operations, customer handling, or team management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong face-to-face counseling and customer-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of lead management and conversion processes.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Job Details

Position: Branch Manager

Job Location: Karnal, Haryana

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Monday to Friday rotational off; Saturday and Sunday working.

Training: 7–15 days in Chandigarh. Training will be unpaid.

Accommodation, Meals & Travel: Provided by the company during the training period.

Salary: Salary will commence after successful completion of the training and joining at the Karnal branch.

Employment Agreement: A 2-year service agreement is mandatory.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a confident and hands-on manager who can independently manage branch operations, lead a team, handle customers, drive sales, resolve issues, and take complete responsibility for the branch's overall performance and growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
