- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Shift: Night Shift
- Employment Type: Full-time, Regular

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries related to payments, money transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and funding.
- Investigate failed or returned payments, transaction holds, funding delays, bank connection issues, and disputes.
- Resolve customer concerns with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Follow banking, financial compliance, risk management, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers, manage escalations,



and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services during calls.

Required Skills:

- Customer Service / Customer Care – Voice
- Banking, Payments, or Financial Services knowledge
- Fraud Detection and Dispute Handling
- Technical Support and Data Analytics
- Good English communication skills (B2 level or above)

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree
