Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI-powered applications and integrate AI capabilities into existing software.

- Build and enhance ATS, VMS, CRM, and SaaS platforms.

- Implement AI-based resume screening, candidate matching, job matching, and recruitment automation.

- Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation tools.

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT and other AI models into applications.

- Develop APIs, backend services, database integrations, and user interfaces.

- Implement intelligent search, semantic search, recommendation engines, and document processing.

- Explore emerging AI technologies and implement practical solutions to improve business operations.

- Develop current application features and automate manual business processes using AI.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver working solutions.

- Test, deploy, maintain, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.

- Experience integrating OpenAI APIs or similar AI services.

- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.

- Backend development experience using FastAPI, Django, Node.js, or similar technologies.

- Experience with REST APIs, databases,



and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with Git, software testing, deployment, and application security.

Preferred Skills

- Experience developing ATS, VMS, CRM, HRTech, or recruitment technology applications.

- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search.

- Experience developing AI agents and workflow automation solutions.

- Knowledge of SaaS architecture, multi-tenant applications, and role-based access control.

- Experience with cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring.

- Ability to build applications from scratch and integrate AI into existing systems.
