We are looking for experienced Account Executives / Assistant Accountants with strong expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Export Accounting, Banking & Foreign Trade to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Manage day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP / Tally Prime / ERP software.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal & contra entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts, debtors, creditors & advance payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports & MIS.

2 Export Accounting
- Account export sales invoices in foreign currencies.
- Maintain order-wise export costing & profitability.
- Track advance payments, LC & export receivables.
- Monitor export incentives, duty benefits & government schemes.
- Handle foreign exchange accounting and exchange gain/loss entries.

3 GST & Taxation
- Prepare & file GST returns.
- Handle LUT requirements for exports.
- Reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & books of accounts.
- Manage TDS deductions & return filing.

4 Export Documentation
- Commercial Invoice & Packing List
- Bill of Lading (BL) / Airway Bill (AWB)
- Shipping Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- LUT Documentation
- IEC (Import Export Code)
- Export Remittance Documentation

5 Banking & Foreign Trade
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- DP / DA Export Payment Terms
- SWIFT Transactions




- Foreign Inward Remittance
- FIRC / e-FIRC
- FEMA Regulations
- RBI Export Compliance

6 Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Follow up on outstanding export payments from overseas customers.
- Process vendor payments.
- Reconcile customer & supplier accounts.
- Support cash-flow planning & monitoring.

7 Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate ROC compliance activities.
- Manage Skilled Tax, TDS & GST compliance.
- Assist auditors during statutory & tax audits.

8 Inventory Control
- Maintain stock records for inventory.
- Track machine-wise procurement & sales.
- Coordinate with Stores & Dispatch teams.
- Verify inventory valuation & stock reconciliation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Education:*B.Com / M.Com

Export-Import Management qualification will be an advantage.

*Experience:

- 3–5 years of overall accounting experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Export Accounting & Documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, Export Documentation, Banking & Foreign Exchange Accounting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
