We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager for our fast-growing team who will serve as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, overseeing all aspects of client relationships and advertising campaigns.This role is suitable for a curious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital innovation, advertising and technology.

Pay Scale

Our budget range for the role is Upto INR 70,000 per month.

Location

This is a full-time on-site opportunity. Our office is located at Churchgate, Mumbai.

Responsibility

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each client's objectives, target audience, and budget
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines
- Manage client budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into creative concepts and deliverables, providing guidance and feedback throughout the process
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, analysing key metrics and recommending adjustments to optimize results




- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients and participate in pitches and presentations to secure new business Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in account management or client services within the advertising industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing successful advertising campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
