Data Engineer (SQL Developer / Analyst) - QI

Position Summary

Develop and maintain SQL-based solutions for HEDIS, CMS, and State quality measure calculations. This role is responsible for implementing annual measure updates, validating results, supporting NCQA HEDIS and AMP certifications, and ensuring accurate, scalable, and high-performing measure calculations.

Key Responsibilities

- · Review and implement annual HEDIS, CMS, and State measure specifications.
- · Develop, maintain, and enhance measure calculation and reporting logic in SQL Server.
- · Write efficient, scalable SQL code with a focus on performance tuning and optimization.
- · Support NCQA HEDIS and AMP certification activities.
- · Collaborate with Product and Quality teams on measure enhancements and requirements.
- · Assist the Production Support team with issue investigation and client escalations.
- · Maintain technical documentation and data mappings.

Required Qualifications





- · 5-7 years of overall experience in SQL development, data engineering, or healthcare analytics.
- · 3+ years of hands-on experience developing healthcare quality measures.
- · Hands-on experience with HEDIS measure development and certification processes. Experience with CMS and State quality measures.
- · Expert-level proficiency in T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including complex query development, stored procedures, and database design.
- · Experience with SQL optimization, performance tuning, and large-volume data processing.
- · Experience working with healthcare claims, enrollment, provider, and clinical data.
- · Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
