About the role

Crossing Infotech is looking for an SQL Developer Intern to work on database-related assignments and develop practical experience with SQL, relational databases, data retrieval, and reporting.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers and recent graduates who understand basic database concepts and want to strengthen their SQL skills through practical development and data-management tasks.

What you will work on

- Write SQL queries to retrieve and organize information from databases.
- Create queries using filtering, sorting, grouping, and aggregation.
- Work with relational database tables and relationships.
- Assist with creating and modifying database tables under supervision.
- Perform INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and SELECT operations.
- Work with joins and subqueries for data retrieval.
- Assist with database validation and data-quality checks.
- Identify duplicate, missing, or inconsistent records.
- Prepare SQL-based reports and data extracts.
- Assist with creating views and basic database objects.
- Test queries and verify returned results.
- Troubleshoot basic SQL errors and query issues.
