Job Summary

We are looking for a Spiritual Expert Relationship Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Bhopal. The role supports HappinessCue's non-medical personal well-being services. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Responsibilities

- Interact with clients respectfully, understand the guidance they are seeking, coordinate with appropriate experts, manage follow-ups and help keep the experience private, clear and professional.

- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.

- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

- Strong listening skills, maturity, empathy and appropriate skilled boundaries are important.

Requirements

- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
