About Innovative Sports & Leisure (ISL)Cutting-edge Sports & Leisure (ISL) is a sports and experiential events company working across sports tournaments, marathons, corporate sporting events, golf championships and large-scale experiential initiatives.We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Sports Operations Executive to join our team and assist in planning and executing sporting events across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Planning & Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marathons, golf tournaments, corporate sports events and other sporting initiatives.
- On-Ground Operations: Coordinate event setup, venue readiness, participant movement, registration desks, bib distribution, race kits, signage and event-day requirements.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for production, printing, merchandise, equipment, logistics and other event requirements.
- Logistics Management: Support travel, accommodation, transportation, procurement and material movement for events.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, event partners, sponsors, volunteers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Participant Management: Assist with registrations, participant queries, event communication and on-ground hospitality.




- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain checklists, inventory records, vendor details, operational trackers, expense sheets and post-event reports.
- Event-Day Support: Be available for early-morning starts, weekend events and outstation travel as required.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; candidates from Sports Management, Event Management, Hospitality or related fields will be preferred.

- Freshers with a strong interest in sports and event management are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across India and work flexible schedule during events.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
