About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivating Spoken English Teacher to train students in fluent, confident English communication. You will conduct interactive classes that build speaking, listening, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

- Teach spoken English through conversation practice, group discussions, role plays, and presentations

- Improve students’ pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar in real-life speaking

- Motivate shy or hesitant learners to speak confidently

- Track student progress and give regular feedback

- Prepare lesson plans and engaging class activities

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in spoken English (mandatory)

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Solid motivational speaking ability and a confident classroom presence

- Ability to explain in Malayalam when needed to help beginners

- Patient, energetic, and student-friendly attitude

- Degree in English or related field (preferred)
