We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and be skilled in designing individualized therapy plans to support developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, articulation issues, or other communication challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (ITPs) based on assessment findings.
- Use play-based and evidence-based therapy techniques to enhance communication, speech clarity, and language development.
- Collaborate with parents, occupational therapists, psychologists, and special educators for holistic intervention.
- Maintain detailed therapy progress records and prepare periodic progress reports.




- Provide parental guidance and home programs to support continuity of therapy at home.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and awareness programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology (BASLP / DHLS/MASLP) from a recognized university.
- RCI Registration (preferred).
- Strong understanding of child development and speech-language milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and creative approach when working with children.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
