Roles and Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Liabilities Business Team from Product and Sales perspective.

- The incumbent will be the first point of contact for the business team for Product and process related queries from staff and customers.

- Responsible for driving sales in the region by tracking and reviewing business performance at branch and cluster levels on all business parameters – Productivity, Incremental Business performance & portfolio quality.

- Undertakes regional sales drives and contests to enable business.

- Participates in Product Development by taking feedback and suggestions from the customers and business teams and responsible for product training at the branch level.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.

- Solid understanding of current account, saving account (CASA), liabilities, and liability products.

- Proven track record in developing successful product roadmaps and executing them effectively.
