Role:Servicenow HAM Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Manage hardware asset lifecycle in ServiceNow HAM Pro procuretoretire

Process asset requests transfers disposals and RMA activities

Maintain asset inventory accuracy ownership and location data

Perform asset reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies

Support audits compliance reviews and reporting

Collaborate with Procurement IT Support and Vendor teams on asset operations

Required Skills

5-8 years of HAM/ITAM operations experience

Handson ServiceNow HAM Pro experience

Solid asset lifecycle inventory and reporting knowledge

Good analytical and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Skills : Infra Vulnerability management/Triaging/ Remdiation Advisory / ServiceNow /ITSM /CMDB, ServiceNow ITSM
