Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain product plans, roadmaps, and strategies for mortgage loans (LAP) and housing loans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and internal partners.

- Proper dissemination of product knowledge to the last lap of the concerned business vertical.

- Developing current ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers & prospects.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related field within the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of mortgage loans (LAP) and housing loan products.

- Proven track record of developing successful product plans and roadmaps.
