- Manage daily spare parts department operations and inventory.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure timely availability of spare parts.
- Place orders and follow up with Mahindra for pending parts.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager, service advisors and technicians.
- Issue spare parts against job cards and maintain proper records.
- Monitor quick-moving, slow-moving and non-moving stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Achieve spare parts sales targets and control inventory costs.
- Maintain accurate purchase, sales, issue and return records in DMS/ERP.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock and sales reports.
- Supervise store staff and ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Mahindra dealership procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
