Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SPD / Spare Parts professional to lead the SPD team, drive sales and business growth, manage customers and channel partners, and ensure smooth spare-parts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the SPD team to achieve business and sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships, critical payments, queries, and grievances.
- Develop and strengthen dealers/channel partners and expand the spare-parts market.
- Drive new business opportunities, Purchase Orders, schemes, and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production and internal departments for critical parts, urgent requirements, and VOR dispatches.




- Manage OES pricing and support overall sales and business development.
- Identify market opportunities and implement innovative ideas for business growth.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, management, and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in SPD / Spare Parts / Aftermarket business.
- Proven experience in Dealer Development and Channel Management.
- Robust customer handling, sales, and business development skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of SAP R/3.
