We are looking for a Spare Parts Executive to manage daily spare parts billing, customer transactions, and inventory records at our agricultural machinery dealership.

The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with billing software and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate invoices for spare parts sales using billing software/DMS.
- Handle customer billing, payments, and transaction records.
- Maintain accurate stock entries, inward and outward movements, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with the spare parts and service teams for parts availability and billing.
- Prepare daily sales, billing, and stock reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, returns, and warranty-related transactions.
- Support periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).




- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and billing software.
- Experience in spare parts billing, inventory, or dealership operations is an advantage.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic communication and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
