About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Spanish Language Trainer to train learners in Spanish language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation. The ideal candidate should have strong Spanish proficiency, valuable communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Spanish language training sessions for beginners and intermediate-level learners.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and practice exercises.
- Teach Spanish grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Improve learners’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.
- Conduct assessments, mock conversations, quizzes, and progress evaluations.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to learners.
- Adapt training methods according to learners’ proficiency levels and learning needs.
- Track attendance, training progress, and assessment results.




- Support learners in achieving their required Spanish proficiency levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Foreign Languages, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Spanish, preferably B2/C1 level or above under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Previous experience in Spanish language training or teaching is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Ability to explain language concepts clearly and conduct interactive sessions.
- Good classroom management and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- DELE, SIELE, or other recognised Spanish-language proficiency certification.
- Experience training corporate employees or working professionals.
- Experience conducting online and offline training sessions.
