Lead Our Spare Parts Operations at Berkley Hyundai!

Berkley Hyundai is looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and customer-focused Spare Parts Manager to lead our spare parts operations and ensure efficient inventory management, timely parts availability, and excellent support to our Service Department.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory control, dealership operations, and team management, preferably with experience in a Hyundai or other authorized automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day spare parts department operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of quick-moving and critical spare parts.
- Monitor stock movement, parts consumption, pending orders, and inventory ageing.
- Ensure accurate stock records, system entries, and regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely availability of parts for vehicle repairs.
- Manage parts ordering, procurement, returns, warranty-related parts, and supplier coordination.
- Monitor dead stock, slow-moving inventory, stock discrepancies, and obsolete parts.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of spare parts.
- Track departmental performance, sales, gross margins, and inventory turnover.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the spare parts team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and share performance updates with management.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and inventory control procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or qualification in automobile management is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in automobile spare parts operations, preferably in a dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, inventory management, and parts procurement.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ERP software, and MS Excel.
- Proven ability to manage stock levels, control inventory costs, and improve departmental performance.
- Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to operational efficiency.
