Job Title: South Indian Cook
Job Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore
Reports To: Bungalow Supervisor / Managing Director contact: (phone hidden)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, upma, pongal, sambar, rasam, biryani, and various chutneys.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Plan menus, considering seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Train and guide kitchen helpers/junior staff when required.
- Ensure timely preparation of food for dine-in.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
