Solution Delivery Strategist

Position Summary:

The Business Information Officer (BIO) will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business needs are understood, documented, and translated into effective solutions. The role requires a problem-solver with solid program management experience, the ability to comprehend diverse technologies, and the communication skills to guide solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify needs, resolve issues, and align IT initiatives with business priorities..ht technology and process solutions.

-Translate business requirements into structured documentation that technology teams can execute against. -Evaluate proposed solutions, understanding enough technical detail to ask the right questions and ensure completeness.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in solution delivery, program management, or business/IT liaison roles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
- Broad understanding of technologies and platforms (no deep specialization required) with the ability to comprehend solutions and challenge assumptions.
- Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a personality suited for remote collaboration and proactive engagement.

- Mid-Senior technologist who has demonstrated experience in both designing target architectures andor building productionready solutions across modern cloud platforms.
- The ideal candidate blends handson engineering (infrastructure, services, data pipelines) with architecture leadership (patterns, standards, security) experience.
- Practical AI/ML experience and Telephony/contactcenter integration experience (SIP, SBCs, voice analytics) is a significant plus.
