Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Workday HCM solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical guidance on core HCM modules such as attendance management, leave of absence, payroll processing, and time tracking.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the implementation of Workday HCM solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 11-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in Workday HCM solution architecture.

- Solid understanding of core HCM modules including attendance management, leave of absence, payroll processing, and time tracking.

- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale HR systems using various technologies (e.g., legacy systems).

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different levels within an organization.
