Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Solar Technical Service Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting solar PV systems, attending customer service requirements, and ensuring the proper functioning of installed solar systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for installation support, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and other system components.
- Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Coordinate with the Project, Service, and Sales teams for effective issue resolution.
- Perform testing and commissioning of solar systems.
- Prepare service reports and update the status of completed service activities.
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed during site visits and technical work.
- Coordinate with customers and technicians regarding service schedules and requirements.
- Support the team in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth after-sales service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics,



or a related technical field.
- Experience in solar PV systems, electrical service, or related technical work will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, electrical wiring, and protection systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a strong interest in the solar industry may also be considered.

Salary Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
