Core Responsibilities

- ​Site Survey & Preparation: Assess roof integrity, tilt, orientation (azimuth), and shading factors; mark layout points for mounting structures according to engineering drawings.

- ​Mechanical Installation: Assemble mounting structures (elevated GI frames, ballasted systems, or tin-shed clamps), anchor racking securely, and mount PV modules with proper torque specifications.

- ​Electrical Wiring & Integration:

- ​Route and dress DC cabling from modules to combiner boxes/inverters using conduit.

- Crimp MC4 connector,integrate DC isolators, SPD (Surge Protection Devices), and fuses.

- ​Terminate AC wiring from the inverter to the AC Distribution Board (ACDB) and the main breaker panel/grid interconnect.





- ​Earthing & Lightning Protection: Install dedicated earthing pits for DC, AC, and lightning arresters; test earth loop resistance using an earth resistance tester/megohmmeter.

- ​Commissioning & Testing:

- ​Measure open-circuit voltage (V_{oc}) and short-circuit current (I_{sc}) per string.

- ​Configure string/hybrid inverters, set grid parameters, and connect
