Role: Service In-Charge

Job Location: Guwahati, Assam | Bhubaneswar, Odisha | Jaipur, Rajasthan | Kolkata, West Bengal | Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir

Experience: 5-10 Years

Salary: 3.5 LPA5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage after-sales service operations for solar inverters.
- Lead service engineers and ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Handle customer escalations, warranty claims, repairs and spare parts.
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams.
- Maintain service MIS reports and ensure SLA compliance.

Eligibility:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar inverter servicing.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, troubleshooting and warranty support.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving and team management skills.
