Role Description The Software Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving revenue growth by selling the company’s software and gaming solutions to new and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demos, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The role involves consultative selling, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate solutions to support their business objectives.

The Software Sales

Executive will maintain accurate sales records,



collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements, and participate in events or meetings to build and strengthen client relationships. Regular reporting on sales performance and market feedback will be required to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong Software Sales and Sales experience with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and product demonstrations to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, networking, and using digital channels.
- Experience with Consultative Selling and solution-based Sales approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in gaming, SaaS, or digital entertainment sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office or similar software.
