Position: Software Operations Assistant

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate the SetGo app and company software for business profile creation and updates.
- Enter and manage merchant details, products, services, prices and promotional offers.
- Upload business photographs, product images and promotional creatives.
- Check profiles for missing information, incorrect details and formatting issues.
- Use MS Excel to maintain records, track completed work and manage pending tasks.
- Identify software-related issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Complete a daily target of 15 business profiles and submit work reports.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: Degree.




- Positive computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including formulas, sorting, filtering and data management.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Basic image editing and digital content uploading skills.
- Good troubleshooting, organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Preferred Candidate: A tech-savvy graduate with advanced Excel skills who can operate company software confidently, manage business data accurately and resolve routine operational issues. Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
