- Deliver solutions supporting: Electronic execution Market connectivity (ECN, SEF, Exchange, Broker connectivity) Pricing and market data distribution Smart order routing Risk controls and surveillance Straight Through Processing (STP) Regulatory and trade reporting workflows

- Partner with Trading, Sales, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to deliver business capabilities.

- Lead and develop managers, architects, and software engineering teams.
