Key Responsibilities

- Review Requirements: Analyze system specifications and technical design documents to understand expected software behavior.
- Design Test Cases: Create detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts for manual or automated execution.
- Execute Tests: Run functional, regression, performance, and usability tests across different environments (web, mobile, or desktop).
- Log Defects: Identify, document, and track bugs using defect-reporting tools, then assign them to developers.
- Retest and Validate: Confirm that fixes resolved the issues without breaking existing features.

Key Requirements & Skills Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, manual,



automated) and basic SQL or programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and extreme attention to detail to isolate hard-to-find defects. Communication: Transparent verbal and written skills to report findings and write reproducible bug logs.

- Collaborate: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts in Agile or Scrum frameworks.
