Every PYAAS pack includes a QR code that reveals the farm source, farmer details, milk composition, and quality checks, making traceability central to the brand.

The company currently sources milk from four family farms in Gonda, with more in the pipeline, and offers single farm milk, family farms milk, and small-batch Bilona cow ghee. Through the PYAAS app and the PYAAS Digital Agent Network (P-DAN), local milkmen and shop owners in Lucknow serve their neighborhoods with transparent, app-enabled delivery. Based in Greater Noida, PYAAS builds technology that gives dairy brands a doorstep, farmers a fair market, and customers clear records for every pack.

Role Description The Software Engineering Manager at PYAAS will lead the engineering team responsible for building and scaling the PYAAS app, backend services, and supporting platforms. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software design and development, managing distributed systems powering traceability and logistics, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable releases. The role involves guiding engineers through planning and execution, coordinating with product and operations teams,



and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong software development skills, including experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in software design and architecture, with the ability to create scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, fostering collaboration, and managing performance.
- Project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver features on schedule while coordinating across functions.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and microservices or similar architectures.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with mobile and web application development, APIs, databases, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, incident management).
- Robust communication skills, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and comfort collaborating with product, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in consumer-tech, supply chain, or agritech domains is an advantage.
