Role & responsibilities

1. Design and implement mission-critical system architecture for

embedded/Linux platforms
1. Develop and maintain core system daemons and services, Implement real-time and low-latency processing pipelines
2. Design and integrate hardware abstraction layers (HAL)
3. Design secure boot, device identity and provisioning flows
4. Implement secure communication and IPC mechanisms
5. Build and maintain vehicle signal abstraction / middleware
6. Develop native Linux UI or diagnostic tools (non-critical)
7. Customize and maintain embedded Linux distribution
8. Manage build systems and CI/CD pipelines
9. Ensure system reliability, observability and recovery
10. Apply cybersecurity and safety best practices
11. Lead code reviews and uphold engineering standards
12. Mentor and guide 23 junior/assistant engineers
13. Plan and track technical tasks and milestones
14. Collaborate with hardware, systems and QA teams
