As a ServiceNow Consultant you will be responsible for leading and executing ServiceNow projects and initiatives for clients You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform
Responsibilities Lead the complete lifecycle of custom application development on the ServiceNow platform from requirements gathering and design through development testing and deployment Architect develop and configure highly customized ServiceNow applications workflows forms reports and integrations extending beyond standard platform capabilities Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow custom application development providing guidance on best practices platform capabilities and solution design Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation Provide technical leadership ensuring solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with architectural standards Conduct product demonstrations and educate stakeholders on application functionality Develop and maintain project plans budgets and schedules for custom application initiatives Communicate project status risks and issues to clients and internal stakeholders
Required Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical field Three to five years of hands on experience with the ServiceNow platform with solid expertise in architecture design and development of custom scoped applications Two or more years of experience developing and managing complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems Strong knowledge of REST APIs SOAP APIs JDBC LDAP and other integration technologies Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM CSM Service Portal Service Catalog and Custom Scoped Application Development Experience leading successful ServiceNow implementations from planning through deployment Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills Experience with integration tools such as Workato Apptus or SnapLogic is an added advantage Experience with Performance Analytics is preferred
