Role Title: Software Engineer Python Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and Flask.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for business-critical applications.
- Optimise database performance, queries, and schema design across relational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and frontend developers to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Core Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of qualified software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django/Flask,



including REST API development.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or MySQL, including query optimisation and database design.
- Working knowledge of React or Angular, Git, testing practices, debugging, and software development lifecycle concepts.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, embeddings, or vector databases.
- Experience integrating OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Familiarity with Docker, Azure Cloud, CI/CD, GraphQL, or microservices architecture.
