We are looking for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience for multiple opportunities across IT and non-IT functions. Available positions include Software Engineer, Software Developer, Associate Engineer, IT Analyst, Technology Analyst, Application Developer, IT Consultant and Business Analyst. Candidates may work on software development, application development, IT consulting, technical support, software testing, cloud computing, automation, data analytics or business operations, depending on the role and skill set.

The CTC ranges from 3 to 15 LPA, based on experience, qualifications and role requirements. Work mode will be Hybrid or Remote, depending on the position and business requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and enhance software applications based on project requirements.
- Support application development, coding, debugging, testing and deployment activities.
- Work with programming languages such as Java, Python, C, C++ and .NET, as applicable to the role.
- Perform database operations, write SQL queries and work with Oracle databases.
- Support enterprise applications and technologies such as SAP, where applicable.
- Assist with cloud computing, automation and IT consulting activities based on project requirements.
- Conduct software testing, identify defects and support quality assurance processes.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot application issues and perform application maintenance.
- Analyze data, prepare reports and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with business analysis, requirement gathering,



documentation and process improvement.
- Use MS Office and Excel for reporting, documentation and data management.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and project managers to deliver assigned tasks.
- Follow project timelines, quality standards, security guidelines and organizational processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in IT, software development, technical support, consulting, analytics or business operations.
- Educational qualifications may include B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, BBA, B.Sc., B.Com., BA, Diploma or other relevant qualifications, depending on the role.
- Knowledge of SQL, Java, Python, C, C++, .NET, Oracle, SAP, Cloud Computing, Software Testing or Automation will be an advantage for relevant positions.
- Understanding of application development, IT services, technical support or business analysis.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong documentation, time management and organizational skills.
- Candidates with relevant projects, internships or technical certifications may be preferred for applicable roles.
- Open to PAN India opportunities, with Hybrid or Remote work arrangements depending on the position.
- Compensation ranging from 3 to 15 LPA, depending on experience, skills, qualifications and the selected role.
