Experience:

- 8-12 years in software design and development, preferably

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for internal applications.

- Coordinate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions.

- Manage a team of developers and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Java, .NET, SQL, APIs, and related frameworks.

- Solid knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.

- Team leadership and communication skills.
