Role & responsibilities

- Develop production-grade backend applications using Python and FastAPI.

- Build LLM-powered applications and RAG workflows, including document ingestion, embeddings, vector retrieval and LLM API integration.

- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate or pgvector.

- Design, develop and integrate REST APIs and external systems.

- Build product integrations, data pipelines and data-processing workflows.

- Work with relational, document and graph databases based on application requirements.

- Build frontend features using React.js and JavaScript.

- Write clean, maintainable code with unit and integration tests.

- Follow Git-based development practices, including branching, pull requests and code reviews.

- Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities.

- Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality.

- Work directly with client stakeholders and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver production-ready solutions.

Preferred candidate profile





- 3 to 6 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on Python and FastAPI skills.

- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and RAG workflows is a core requirement.

- Practical knowledge of embeddings, vector search, retrieval pipelines and LLM API integration.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate or pgvector.

- Strong understanding of REST API design and integration.

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Neo4j.

- Working knowledge of React.js and JavaScript to independently deliver frontend features.

- Strong knowledge of Git, testing, code reviews and maintainable software design.

- Comfortable working directly with clients and adapting to evolving requirements.

- Available to work onsite in Bengaluru.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
