We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement current software from scratch based on the company's business and operational requirements. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, developing customized software solutions, managing databases, and ensuring smooth system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new software from scratch based on company requirements.

- Analyze business processes and convert operational needs into software features.

- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces, backend systems, and databases.

- Develop modules for business operations as required.

- Integrate existing systems and third-party applications wherever necessary.

- Perform software testing, debugging, maintenance, and performance optimization.

- Ensure data security, access control, backup, and system reliability.





- Coordinate with management and department teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Provide technical support, documentation, and future software enhancements.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.

- Experience in database design, SQL, and API integration.

- Experience in developing business management software, ERP, or CRM systems is preferred.

- Ability to independently plan, develop, test, and deploy software applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand business requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
