Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Developer to design, develop, maintain, and improve internal business applications, client portals, workflow automation systems, CRM/ERP integrations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions for Plus UAE Group and Vortexen Dynamics.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to build practical, reliable software solutions that improve business workflows and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain reliable web applications, backend services, APIs, and business modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, UX, integration, and data-related issues.
- Build role-based task routing, alerts, notifications, next-action systems, and dashboards.
- Integrate applications with CRM, ERP, email platforms, APIs, and automation tools.
- Develop workflow automation to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Work with databases and ensure proper data structure, security, integrity, and performance.
- Use AI-assisted coding and development tools responsibly to improve development speed, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Conduct testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of developed solutions.
- Follow version control and maintain clean, structured, and maintainable code.
- Document deployments, bugs, technical decisions, integrations, and system changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science,



Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in software/web application development.
- Solid understanding of frontend and backend development.
- Experience working with REST APIs, databases, integrations, and version control systems.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP integrations and workflow automation will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and modern development workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned development tasks.

- Sprint and development commitments completed within agreed timelines.
- Low bug-reopen and regression rates.
- Critical technical issues resolved within agreed SLA.
- Code is properly documented, version-controlled, testable, and maintainable.
- Continuous improvement in workflow automation and system performance.
- Measurable improvement in internal user productivity and reduction of manual processes.

Practical Assessment Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical technical assessment, such as:
- Developing a small working feature or API.
- Debugging an existing application or workflow.
- Explaining the proposed architecture, security approach, database design, testing methodology, and deployment process.
