Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, developing, and testing scalable software modules and web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team brainstorming sessions.
- Explore and adapt to recent technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Competencies

- Core Programming: Solid understanding of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- CS Fundamentals: Clear grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Operating Systems concepts.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or basic NoSQL (MongoDB), including writing basic queries and schema understanding.
- Web Basics: Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Version Control: Basic familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab.

Professional & Communication Skills

- Decent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly express technical concepts, participate in team discussions, and write clean technical notes/documentation.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools quickly.




- High accountability, discipline, and a collaborative team attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

- Degrees Accepted: B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science & Engineering or related IT streams), B.Sc. (Computer Science), BCA.
- Good academic track record with strong fundamentals in computing concepts.
- Active personal or academic projects showcasing practical application of core concepts.

Selection & Interview Process

Round | Stage | Focus Area |

Round 1 | Online / Written Assessment | Aptitude, core CS fundamentals, logic puzzles, and basic coding/syntax questions. |

Round 2 | Technical Interview | Hands-on problem solving, live coding, project discussions, and conceptual depth (OOP, DSA, DB). |

Round 3 | HR Round | Communication assessment, cultural fit, availability, learning mindset, and terms discussion. |
