Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a Soft Skills & Placement Trainer to prepare students for interviews and professional careers through effective communication and placement-readiness training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct soft skills and communication training sessions.
- Train students in interview skills, mock interviews, and group discussions.
- Guide students in resume preparation and qualified presentation.
- Develop students’ confidence, interpersonal skills, and workplace etiquette.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with the placement team to improve students’ employability.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of interview preparation and soft skills training.
- Ability to train and motivate students.
- Previous experience in soft skills training or placement training is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills and training experience may also apply.
