Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies.

- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in healthcare services and develop strategies to address them.

- Collaborate with hospital staff to design and deliver volunteer activities that support patient care services.

- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and placement to ensure an effective volunteering experience.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication, reporting, and feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in social work or a related field (NGO management).

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (MSW), Community Development (BCA), B.Tech Computers or equivalent qualification.

- Robust understanding of computer applications for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
