Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soft skills and personality development sessions for students.
- Improve students’ spoken English, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Develop confidence, public speaking, and stage performance abilities.
- Teach life skills, time management, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Promote positive behaviour, discipline, emotional awareness, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct group discussions, role-plays, storytelling, debates, and interactive activities.
- Train students in interview skills, basic etiquette, and career readiness for senior classes.
- Design age-appropriate training modules for different classes.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with teachers, school management, and parents to support students’ holistic development.
- Organise workshops, competitions, and personality development activities.
- Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and progress reports.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in English, Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Personality Development, or Communication Skills is preferred.




- Relevant teaching or training experience is desirable.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and classroom management abilities.
- Positive command of English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.
- Creativity in designing interactive activities.
- Patience, empathy, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and mentoring skills.

Experience
- Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may apply.
- Experience in school teaching, student counselling, personality development, or soft skills training will be an added advantage.

- Improvement in students’ communication and presentation skills.
- Increased student participation and confidence.
- Successful delivery of planned training sessions.
- Positive feedback from students, teachers, and school management.
- Completion of training assessments and progress reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
