Sodexo is looking for Facility Manager - Soft Services

Location - Hinjewadi & Talawade

1)Having a call with all the site supervisor's / FE and check the manpower availability , client visit status

2)Cross checking with supervisor MSDS & Chemicals dilution has carried out as per the SLA.

3)Walk thru of the facility to ensure that cleaning status if any observation found initiate with supervisor /FE to work on it

4)Abnormality & repeated query ticket case should be analyzed and arrive CAPA

5)Audit all the stock items record Vs actual

1. Meet the client and discuss about schedule and day plan and resolves the problems
2. Monthly BU connect with site projects
3. Monthly site checklist and register to be checked, verified and acknowledged

9)Planning, developing and coordinating a program of planned, preventive maintenance for facility fixture and furnitures.
1. Minor cleaning issues should be solved there and then.



Preparing schedule and allotting job to the cleaning staff based on the observations recorded

11)Undertake correective actions to close the gaps and review it with the client 12)Any unsafe condition at facility corrective action to be taken and Raise incident.Also inform site GWS spoc immediately.
1. Quality improvement -Documentations Maintained as per Standard.
2. Submission of Statuatory compliance document
3. Clearing bio medical waste thru external agency ( Mask, Gloves )
4. Monitoring the 52 weeks training calendar schedule done as per the plan
5. Timely submission of attendance to process the invoice on time
6. Coffe machine - Vendor management and maintaing inventory report of consumables
7. Ensure all the arrangegement to be done on time related to Client visit
