Mountain Medicare is a multidisciplinary therapy and rehabilitation center focused on providing compassionate, client-centered care for children and families. Our team works collaboratively across psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, special education, and other support services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Social Worker (MSW) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about supporting children and families and should have valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. The role involves interacting with clients and families, understanding their social and emotional needs, providing appropriate support, and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients and families to understand their social and support needs.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers.
- Assist families in accessing appropriate services and resources.
- Maintain client records, case notes, and relevant documentation.
- Support client follow-ups and coordinate appointments when required.
- Work closely with psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and special educators.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.




- Assist in developing appropriate support plans for clients and families.
- Build positive relationships with clients, parents, and caregivers.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards.

Eligibility & Skills

- Master of Social Work (MSW) – Mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach.
- Strong listening and counselling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
